Terms and Conditions
Once your deposit is payed and your appointment is booked you agree to the term and conditions below.
Deposits
A 25% non- re-fundable deposit is required for all services to secure your appointment. If the deposit is not payed you do not have a booking.
BRIDAL BOOKINGS: Deposit is taken of the final invoice, full payment to be made 2 weeks before the wedding date. To add more people to the booking, a further deposit must be payed. If you want to reduce the number of people in the booking within 2 weeks of the wedding the full price will still be payed, there will be no refund. Minimum of 4 people for Mobile Bridal bookings.

Cancellations
BRIDAL BOOKINGS- No refund will be given after final payment is made 2 weeks before the booking.ALL OTHER SERVICES- Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.

Travel/ Parking/Public holidays and out of hours FeesParking fees must be covered by the client and must be on site as we have a large kit to carry. If there is more than one stylist then all parking must be covered.Travel fees will be quoted by distance and tolls includedPublic holidays will incur a 10% surcharge. A $50 per hour call out fee will be charged before 6am start time
